Last month we had the opportunity to do our very first speaking event at the Crestone Energy Fair in Crestone, CO. The talk we delivered was an abridged overview of the project and the purpose behind the film series. Due to our nerves beforehand, we didn’t set up a camera and mics, so unfortunately we don’t have any footage of the actual talk we gave, but luckily the organizers of the fair recorded a panel that we were on, so we wanted to share this with our paid subscribers. We discussed along with the other panelists education, community organization, mycology, death, grief, and the acts of witnessing the darkness as a way to bring forth the light.
We hope you enjoy this panel, and we want to thank our friend, Anya Kaats, for co-hosting the panel and encouraging us to present at this event. It was a truly satiating weekend full of growth, laughs, good food, and good fun.
