We’re very excited to announce that we have created a print shop for our website! All prints are original stills from the upcoming film series Death in The Garden. We wanted to find a way to share our art with you all as we continue working on the film, as well as offer an alternative way to support us if people are so inclined. Prints are only available in the United States and Canada at this time.
For the rest of the month, we’re offering a 10% discount to anyone who buys a print and uses the code ‘PRINTSHOP’ at checkout.
Currently we have 12 stills up on the website. We hope to cycle these prints every few months and offer new prints on a regular basis.
Check out some of the select stills below. Thank you all for being here!
Those Who Follow Reindeer
Reindeer were made for the tundra. Their bodies are specially adapted to seeking food beneath the snow and moving through the incredibly inhospitable landscapes of the North. The relationship between the Sámi and the reindeer is what has allowed their people to live in this punishing environment for thousands of years. Starting at $29.99 for an 8x12 print.
Bison of the American West
This image is one of Jake's favorite images captured during the production of Death in The Garden - capturing the essence of the dynamic and symbiotic relationship between the grasslands and grazers of the American West. Shot at West Bijou Ranch in Colorado. Starting at $29.99 for an 8x12 print.
Mushroom of the Mammoth Steppe
Åre, Sweden boasts an population of incredibly rare species not seen anywhere else in the country. Conservationists view this biodiversity hotspot as an example of what the country can become with the right management, and the utilization of grazing animals. Starting at $29.99 for an 8x12 print.
Chloroplasts Photosynthesizing
Capturing and telling the story of the miracle of photosynthesis has been a deep intention of ours since we realized just how incredible it is that we are alive at all. These little green blobs are creating the very foundations of life. This image is 25x magnification of elodea anacharis, a species of waterweed. Starting at $29.99 for an 8x12 print.
In Seeking the Beyond
"Preserve and cherish this pale blue dot, the only home we've ever known." - Carl Sagan
Shot at the Very Large Array in New Mexico. Starting at $29.99 for an 8x12 print.
Reindeers in the Tundra
After spending a week in the far north of the Norwegian region of Sápmi, we connected with a Sámi reindeer herder who took us out into the tundra to meet his reindeer on the peninsula where they'll spend the summer grazing and breeding. His ancestral grazing lands are threatened by the Repparfjord Copper Mine. Starting at $29.99 for an 8x12 print.
